Interactive sound installation with real-time convolution
The work symbolically binds the exhibition space with the Buchenwald Memorial⇗ through the iconic sound of its bell. The immediate surroundings recreate the bell sound, not by explicitly using its original recorded sound, but rather by ringing every hour with the convoluted noises picked up around the gallery.
